I am currently a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Department of Earth, Atmospheric, and Planetary Sciences (EAPS) at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). I also belong to the MIT Earth Resource Laboratory (ERL). I received my Ph.D in exploration geophysics at China University of Petroleum (Beijing) in June 2012. I also received my BSc in exploration geophysics from China University of Petroleum-East China in 2005.
 
The majority of my work has been dedicated to borehole geophysics, micro-seismicity induced by fluid injection in oil/gas exploration and geothermal exploitation, and exploration seismology.
 
My collaborators since 2005 include Prof. Guo Tao at Petroleum Institute , Abu Dhabi, U.A.E., Dr. Tianrun Chen (now work at Shell), Prof. Haijiang Zhang at University of Science and Tech. of China, Dr. Dan Burns, Dr. Mike Fehler, and Dr. Douglas Miller.
